Walter Lindenmann, senior vice president and director of research at Ketchum public relations, has been named chairman of the Institute for Public Relations' Commission on Public Relations Measurement and Evaluation. The role of the new body will be to help establish and promote standards for PR measurement and to provide counsel to those within the industry on tools and techniques to use when assessing PR activities.
