Our in-house phone center is among the largest in the Northwest and utilizes CfMC software, remote monitoring and predictive dialing. Our Latino Decisions and Asian American Decisions divisions are recognized nationally for public policy and political analysis, and we use only bilingual staff on those projects. Pacific has a national reputation for telephone and online data collection. Our phone center is among the largest on the West Coast, with CfMC software, remote monitoring and predictive dialing. 25% of our work is conducted in Spanish. We also handle national qualitative recruiting for focus groups and usability testing. For online data collection we use ConfirmIT, are experienced with multilanguage and international Web projects and maintain relationships with multiple panels.
