We do this by asking unique and intelligent respondents the right questions using cost-effective methods and technologies. We take advantage of online technologies that make collecting data less expensive, easier, transparent and more useful. Although our two main methodologies are online focus groups (real-time and asynchronous) and usability testing, we are a full-service firm and field both qualitative and quantitative studies of all sizes and scope.
