We measure shopper decisions where the decisions are made. Our Shopper IQ™ suite of research solutions can help create and optimize the most impactful programs and then measure and validate their impact prior to activation. We’re experts at developing shopper insights that drive shopper marketing programs such as optimizing product assortment, product placement, POP promotions, pricing and packaging. We do this by creating retailer-specific virtual environments that respondents “shop” online. Online virtual shopping means we can field studies quickly, cost-efficiently and without geographic limitations - even globally. And correlation to actual in-market sales is .90! We also use our online visual environment for menu optimization in the food service industry and to optimize Web pages for online shopping and browsing evaluations.
