According to DigSite,

Sub-Zero Group wanted to break free of their time-consuming and travel-intensive process of collecting competitive intelligence.  At the same time, they wanted a more comprehensive voice of customer process that included owners, architects, designers, showroom managers, dealers and distributors from throughout the country.

Join Jeannine Washkuhn, Wolf Product Marketing Manager at Sub-Zero, and Monika Wingate of Digsite to find out how Sub-Zero built a better and more economical approach to customer insight and collaboration, leveraging modern online research tools.  Whether you're doing qualitative research on behalf of clients, or relying on research to make your company's business decisions, this webinar will provide useful ideas and tools you can apply right away.

You will learn:
• How Sub-Zero redefined their voice of customer process for greater efficiency and better insights
• Approaches to leverage the growth in social-media style engagement to create a better dialogue with customers
• Steps you can take to evaluate your current methods to see where online approaches may provide better results
