The conference aims to bring together leaders in academia and industry to exchange research and insights related to customer mindset and behavior. We will feature insights leaders from Coca-Cola, ESPN, Gilt Groupe, Google, IBM, IDEO, L'Oreal USA, Starbucks and Viacom.
The conference will open with a reception Thursday, May 9th and will conclude midday Saturday, May 11th.
