About the presenters:

Tim Hoskins is the vice president, client relations, at Quester. With a background in launching custom technology solutions, Tim was hired by Quester in 2010 to refine and develop the company’s marketing and growth strategy. Over the past two years, Tim has built an account team that has doubled Quester’s client base. Given his experience working closely with this expanding group of clients, Tim has played an integral role in identifying and developing new products, designs and software solutions to meet research needs across industries.

Nichole Clinkinbeard is the director of strategic insights and has been with Quester for 12 years. With a background in psychology and sociology, Nichole has a passion for understanding the way people think and how their thought process impacts their behavior. Applying Quester’s psychiatric and linguistic techniques, she strives to understand the impact, of even the slightest, language nuances can have on decision making and uncover the richness and vibrancy within the consumer mind. Nichole handles strategic research initiatives for Quester and develops new research designs using innovative approaches to ensure we bring the voice of the consumer to life and Quester meets the unique objectives of every client.
