This Wwebinar will highlight several leading social media monitoring tools both free and paid focusing on the best applications for health care marketing research. We will also examine different “vectors” of social media analysis including audience profiling, identifying unmet clinical needs, uncovering new product design and ethnographic research with YouTube. We will discuss a few techniques to dive into large information sets using network graphs, word clouds, time series, sentiment, and text analysis. Case study examples will be incorporated showing how to use a social media strategy to connect with customers and drive business decisions.
