He is focused on providing guidance on new research solutions and consulting support to clients across a wide variety of industry sectors. At MarketTools, Jay’s roles have spanned account development, client service and operations over the past 10 years. Prior to joining MarketTools, Jay was at General Mills where he worked in consumer insights on a variety of new and established products.

Alexander Kleijngeld
Alexander is responsible for the innovation and shopper business practice within MetrixLab. He is responsible for the development of new solutions and works with clients to make sure that the MetrixLab portfolio of innovative online solutions meet their specific needs. Alexander has held a variety of marketing and research roles in the wider research industry, domestically and internationally, both on client and agency side.
