Are you looking for some published case studies to use in course work assignments? Your request is not terribly clear.
I can assure you that multivariate analysis techniques have been used a multitude of times to drive business decision making, and that the success of that effort is tied not only to the quality of the analysis but also the quality of the research design, and the quality of the strategic implementation post-research. These three components are of approximately equal importance, in my opinion.
I do this sort of work quite often for my clients, but I can say very little because my clients expect (rightfully so, I might add) that I respect the confidentiality of the information that I generate for them.
