Business Development

Hi everyone,

(I'm a newbie to this forum so forgive me if some of this has been covered before).

In this time of 'global economic downturn' which effects, directly or indirectly, all industries I am surprised to find little or nothing on the topic of Business Development.

Is it that research agencies have so much work pouring in that this topic isn't considered important?

I'd be interested to hear your views.
