I'm looking for a white paper on the best practices for research - creating surveys, etc. I've check several web sites but have not had any luck. Has anyone seen such a document?

Marketing Research is really very broad so best practices for writing a mail survey are really quite different than doing a focus group with teens. It would be hard to summarize everything into one paper (although you did just give me a potential book idea).
