Teen and Parent FGs

Hiya,

i am planning on conducting some mini groups amongst teens to evaluate a specific post paid tariff. Seeing as the guardians are most likely to have signed/ pay for the contract, i was thinking of conducting mini groups with them too ( seperatly to avoid bias). The aim is to evaluate the customer journey and establish the need gaps for both. Getting an insight on the decision making process is an added value. This is the first tiem i try this approach, has anyone got any ideas on any creative techniques i could use for both types of repondents?
