You can use the Researcher SourceBook on this site to locate vendors of Hispanic Mystery Shopping Services:

Enter the Research Service = Mystery Shopping
Enter the Industry, Market & Audience = Hispanic

8 firms will appear in the results.

Many other firms (particuarily in the Southwest) will also offer the service, so I reccomend calling firms from the Mystery Shopping Directory too.
