BI Dashboarding Software for Satisfaction Reporting

I'd like to hear any comments from either vendor or client side researchers who are interested in talking about the role that business intelligence (BI) software is playing in the current EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) software market. BI software tools can display survey data as well as other internal company metrics for a 360 degree view of the customer.
