On-line research software to move visual elements around the screen

Does anyone know of any software solutions for conducting online research that lets participants move visual elements around the screen (e.g., a collage or "optimal design layout")? Many thanks!

This survey tool is amazing! You can move around elements, do heat maps, etc. I do not work for them, but love their product!
