For those of you that do online surveys, what do you charge for professional fees? I would be interested in the ranges of rather simple, short surveys up to lengthy complex ones.

Hi,
It all depends on what kind of survey you have in mind? Panel based or a list based? For panel surveys you should be able to calculate the cost related to reaching your respondents and their time spent on the survey [those filtered our and those who participate].
The rest is related to the cost associated with system maintainance, incentives and the work to be done throughout the entire survey project. If it helps to use a product to calculate research fee then google mrcosting and check the result.
