We are looking for a Senior Research Manager to help support an existing portfolio of clients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the direction and growth of the People Engagement practice and PeopleMetrics overall business.

Do you want to hone your research, consulting, and project management skills while assisting a variety of organizations with their critical research issues?

As Senior Research Manager you will be responsible for leading all aspects of strategic research projects from planning and design to delivery of results. This includes conducting all forms of qualitative research (e.g., electronic focus groups, in-depth interviews, and traditional focus groups) as well as all managing all forms of quantitative research (e.g., design, sampling, data collection, and analysis). You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of descriptive and advanced statistics to derive value from the research results and deliver those results and implications to clients in both oral and written format.

Job Requirements:
Do you have…?

* 5-7 years of experience in employee engagement and/or customer loyalty research (including experience on the supplier side)

* Outstanding client management skills

* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment

* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

* An ability to explain/apply output from advanced statistical techniques

* A passion for employee and customer research
