Bill spent seven years as a cell biologist and team facilitator/trainer at SmithKline Beecham, and four years at pharmaceutical market research firms Curtis Analytic Partners and V2 GfK before establishing O'Donnell Consulting in 2004. His experience includes over 2000 in-person depth interviews and more than 200 focus groups with healthcare professionals and consumers in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Bill has conducted professional seminars on psychology in the U.S., Brazil and U.K. He is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association and is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania.
