Child Research is Touchstone Research’s Youth & Family research division. Our business is helping clients win with preschoolers (age two to five) kids and tweens (age six to 12), teens (age 13-17) young adults (age 18-29) and families through effective, leading-edge market research based on over 30+ years of experience in the youth market. We work with the world’s largest brands, marketers and agencies to help execute their youth and family research programs.
Our unique combination of technical ability and youth expertise means that not only can we execute the tasks assigned but we can also assist in special situations in research design and developing special technologies to meet a client's particular needs that are appropriate for young people. We have our own Youth & Family Insight Community Panel accessible for running a wide range of full-service and flexible-service quant and qual youth research projects.
Our range of services include online surveys, virtual in-depth interviews (IDI’s) and focus groups, UX research, rolling research programs, diaries and ethnography studies, discussion boards and in-person projects, hybrid studies, VR/AR research and more.
We have our own in-house qualitative recruitment and fieldwork division and can provide recruitment and project management (in addition to full service support) when needed. Our expert qualitative moderators have extensive expertise in running online sessions, UX projects, focus groups and in-person studies with children, teens and young adults. Child research has full global coverage for multimarket international studies.
