InterQ Learning Labs offers qualitative research training for market researchers, ad agency planners and UX researchers. The courses are taught in-person, in premier U.S. cities, in 2- and 4-day workshop formats. The research skills are taught in-context, with real participants, in real research settings, including focus group facilities and co-working spaces. You’ll learn how to use the latest research technology, in addition to learning core skills in moderating, interviewing, presenting and report writing. The courses are taught by two veterans in market research, Dr. Karen Seratti and Joanna Jones, who have a combined 35 years of moderating for some of the world’s largest brands, including Apple, Delta Air Lines, Disney and Audi.
