Most members were recruited in-person through our facilities which gives a personal relationship aspect to our panel. Unlike others, we combine standard online recruiting and face-to-face recruitment.

For IHUTs, we can provide services for every phase of the project. We can co-design/design the in-home product testing surveys and/or diaries provide the procurement, handling, packing and shipping of products as well as any data reporting needs. Clients can reach panelists for in depth interviews online, face to face or by phone. Our panelists are also accustomed to task related projects and therefore see response and participation rates well above industry average.
