Most members were recruited in-person through our facilities which gives a personal relationship aspect to our panel. Unlike others, we combine standard online recruiting and face-to-face recruitment.

Regarding online Influencers and Creators – we are truly ahead of the market in the recruitment and research we have done in this space. We regularly recruit Creators with hundreds of thousands, if not millions of followers, for all types of research. Most notable is the in-person and video based qualitative research we recruit these folks to participate in. Not only are these very difficult recruits, but there is no hiding the quality or the validity of these folks when they are recruited for in-person and video based interviews. This same level of reach and quality is scene in our Quantitative work with Creators, including longitudinal studies like IHUTs.

For IHUTs, we can provide services for every phase of the project. We can co-design/design the in-home product testing surveys and/or diaries provide the procurement, handling, packing and shipping of products as well as any data reporting needs. Clients can reach panelists for in depth interviews online, face to face, or by phone. Our panelists are also accustomed to task related projects and therefore see response and participation rates well above industry average.
