The Market Research Society (MRS) will host the MRS North roundtable: The Alchemy of Insight-Driven Decision Making on February 1, 2023, at Fraser House Hub Lancaster.

According to the MRS:

The modern insight professional isn’t just an expert researcher. We’ve adapted to the modern business environment, embracing all forms of feedback. We’ve grown fluent in the language of CX, UX and big data. We interpret, analyse and tell stories. Most importantly of all, we represent customers in both quantitative detail and technicolour qual.

But as we adapt, a new challenge emerges. How do we cut through the noise that surrounds today’s decision makers? How do we create self-sustaining cultures of customer centricity? And how do we guide stakeholders to the right decisions not just one time, but every time?

The art and science of decision making is complex – but recent trends have compounded this. Hybrid models of work have dispersed team dynamics, corporate cultures must exist across the physical-digital divide, and the volume of data businesses have access to continues to grow. Join us for an interactive, guided discussion on how to navigate our complex present, and help drive insight-driven decision making.

The event will be chaired by FlexMR CEO Paul Hudson, with guest speaker and MRS CEO Jane Frost. Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll join a small working group of industry peers to discuss current challenges, share best practices and develop new ideas. Together, we will:
