As we grow our brand and expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to join our Research & Insights Practice Area.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to assist in the execution of our marketing strategy. You will play a key role in developing content, managing our social media presence, and contributing to the overall marketing vision of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Schedule and publish posts
• Develop ideas for content campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
• Support the development and execution of email campaigns
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Help brainstorm and implement strategies to grow audience engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Utilizing AI based tools such as ChatGPT, Sora & Midjourney to develop content and marketing materials

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress or similar design tools is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for marketing and an interest in executive search, recruitment, or professional services
