Ideal Candidate:

  • You are a supplier-side pharma research expert, highly regarded and well respected in the pharma research space.
  • You can sell AND you can do the research.
  • You are skilled in both quant and qual research methodologies.
  • You are a focus group moderator 
  • You are highly skilled going beyond the findings-in-the-data and delivering the so-what and the what's-next specific to each client. Making sense of the data within the context of your client's business to deliver unique insights & strategic recommendations.
  • Location - Hybrid (In-office 3x/wk. required): D.C., NYCNJ(Atlantic Highlands, Belford, Bergen County, Cranford, Englewood, Fort Lee, Guttenberg, Hackensack, Hoboken, Jersey City, Maplewood, Montclair, Morristown, Newark, Ridgewood, Short Hills, Summit)VA (Arlington, Ballston, Bailey’s Crossroad, Clarendon, Crystal City, Fairfax, Falls Church, Herndon, Pentagon City, Rosslyn)CT (Greenwich, Stamford)MD (Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Drummond, Friendship Heights Village, Kensington, Oakmont, Potomac, Somerset, Westbard).
  • You know the players, the decision makers, the competition, and they know you. You know the process, the procedures, and the resources needed to build out a pharma research practice within an existing, financially stable, full-service insights firm.

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Supplier-side: 15 years of exp working at a custom/full-service research supplier conducting pharma market research (all done in-house)
  • Practitioner: Hands-on research practitioner involved in ALL phases a research project
  • Quant/Qual: 15+ years of custom, primary, quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Business Development: 7 years of business development (new logos and growing existing accounts)
  • Team Leader: At least 5 years of managing research teams as your direct reports (hiring, terminating, performance measuring, mentoring, developing)
  • Moderator: Exp. moderating focus groups (prior or past experience)
