A New York based research and intelligence startup with an experienced team of technology entrepreneurs, top notch data scientists, machine learning experts, and market research professionals, is looking for a new Director to lead Research & Analytics.
If you are interested in joining a start-up atmosphere with a growing research company, leading a team, this could be for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the Research & Analytics team
- Drive implementation of advanced analytics models as well as quantitative research methods
- Design quantitative research, including survey design and programming
- Utilize Python for data analysis
- Negotiate with online panel providers and other vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality samples.
What makes you qualified:
- Minimum 7 years experience + Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience leading survey design + quantitative project management
- Experience with Python, ability to do data modeling
- Excellent story-telling and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities and proven background leading a team
It is ideal to have a candidate who is either in NYC or on the East Coast.
