Naomi Henderson, MR veteran and founder of RIVA Market Research and Training Institute, passed away on December 21, 2021. Henderson founded RIVA in 1981 with the goal of training researchers in qualitative research techniques and has since created a lasting impact on the MR industry through her mentorship and work with RIVA.

Carla Lindemann, COO of Issues & Answers Network and former board member of the MREF, passed away on December 19, 2021, at 60 years old.
