Paint & Decorating Retailers Association (PDRA), St. Louis, has welcomed back David Weiss as director of market research. He returns to PDRA from an 18-month stint with NFO Research Inc. In addition, PDRA has appointed Whitney O’Daniel market research analyst.

The Society of Insurance Research (S.I.R.) has elected Russell Bingham as its president. He is director of corporate research with the Hartford Insurance Company.
