Jackson Associates Research

Located at the iconic corner of Peachtree and 14th Street, our Midtown Atlanta facility features three modern, design-forward studios equipped with the latest technology. From digital whiteboards in every room to real-time “instant updates” that keep you informed as respondents arrive, every detail is crafted to elevate your research experience.

With private second-floor access, soaring 16-ft. ceilings, and a warm, intimate atmosphere, Jackson Midtown is the ideal setting for high-profile and high-impact projects. Just 12 miles from Atlanta Airport and surrounded by world-class dining, luxury hotels and the arts, it’s as convenient as it is inspiring.

JA’s Sensory Center, located in the NorthPoint/Alpharetta area, is designed for flexibility and comfort. This facility features two fully equipped test kitchens—one a 1,350 sq. ft. commercial kitchen ideal for large-scale product preparation and handling and the other a 375 sq. ft. residential kitchen that replicates an in-home environment for more natural product testing. In addition, the facility offers four versatile test rooms that can be configured for individual or group evaluations, client viewing space for 8–10 observers and dedicated privacy areas to ensure respondents feel comfortable and focused throughout the research process. Perfect for taste tests, scent tests, mock juries and tactile research projects, JA’s Sensory Center was specifically designed to meet today’s marketing research needs.

With two facilities in Atlanta, Jackson Associates is the obvious choice. Pure qualitative at our city-center space, flex, sensory and CLT/taste test labs at our NorthPoint location.
