What is the UXinsight Festival?

From April 5-7, 2027, researchers like you are joining us in Leiden, the Netherlands. Whether your title is UX, CX or behavioral researcher, anthropologist, service designer, design researcher or something else: if your research is about understanding people, and it informs decisions about a product, service or experience, this is your home.

UXinsight is where research professionals from all backgrounds come together to co-create a warm, welcoming space for learning, sharing and genuine connection.

With a strong basis in UX research, we’re moving beyond the job title. The world and work have changed. Titles and roles have multiplied.
