What You Will Do:

The Senior Insights Manager reports to the Vice President and/or Partner, and is responsible for managing the execution and implementation of custom qualitative and quantitative market research projects. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing all phases of a project from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time, identifying and recommending solutions to issues that may arise during a project’s lifecycle, answering questions and providing status updates to the client, supervising a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts, and managing the Vice President and/or Partner’s expectations.

Please Note: While the Corporate team at BSG builds upon insights and strategies from their colleagues on the Political team, this position will not include any political work.

What You Will Need:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Market-Research, Political Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of work experience in campaigns, communications, consulting, issue advocacy, journalism, market-research, etc.
- Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-stressed environment, and can meet tight deadlines with limited supervision.
- Is detail-oriented and can work on multiple projects at a time.
- Has a proven understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Is open to new techniques and willing to apply them to projects.
- Is a leader who can provide guidance to junior team members.
