Scope of the Role

Recollective is searching for a Demand Generation Marketing Lead to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company.

As the Demand Generation Marketing Lead reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events and search engine marketing; and optimizing the use of our website as a lead generation channel.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand generation and a deep understanding of the sales process along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Campaign Creation; identify new marketing activities that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
  • Lead Delivery; deliver against the weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Forecasting; support the forecasting of lead generation targets
  • Paid; directly manage the paid social, paid search and retargeting channels
  • Inbound SDR Management; help guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities, manage and develop the team
  • Budget Management; track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives
  • Lead Management; track and manage lead lifecycle and conversion rates 
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
  • Assist in landing page and content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as Pardot, Mailchimp and Salesforce)
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in the market research industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.

Location

This position is open to all applicants located in Canada, although preference will be given to those located in Ottawa and those willing to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
