Neuro-Insight US Inc. seeks a sharp, highly-organized, and hardworking Fieldwork Manager. As a distinguished neuromarketing consultancy, Neuro-Insight relies on the collection of brain data using our unique SST technology. The Fieldwork Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection of brain data during our research studies and managing all associated operations. This role is designed for a self-starter who seeks an opportunity to take full responsibility of a vital component of our company and provide growth in the field of operations.

Please note:
1) Prior knowledge of brain data collection is not a necessity for this role. While we welcome applicants with research backgrounds, we also encourage applicants from other fields with proven operations, project management and client relations experience who are excited to dive into the research we conduct.
2) While aspects of this position may be done remotely, the candidate must be located in the greater NYC-area and be willing to conduct in-person research sessions as needed. Neuro-Insight has a strict Covid safety policy: we require regular Covid testing for all full-time staff who manage in-person research, regularly disinfect our research facility, and require all research participants to have their temperature checked and wear masks and gloves during research sessions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen attention to detail.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience with Qualitative or Quantitative Agency preferred.
• Prior Panel Management experience a plus.

• If the candidate does not have a research background, is excited to learn quantitative and qualitative research best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Study planning and logistics
• Work with the Fieldwork, Analyst, Client Solutions, and Recruitment teams to ensure all client expectations are met.
• Lead logistics and management for studies, including specifying and sourcing test materials, designing fieldwork, and designing screeners.
• Plan study design and ensure fieldwork is delivered in the most efficient way.

2) Management of Fieldwork and Fieldwork Team
• Responsible for managing part-time fieldwork staff, including scheduling their shifts and organizing their payment.
• Responsible for maintaining Neuro-Insight's patented SST data collection equipment.
• Complete quality control checks on all fieldwork equipment regularly.
• Take the lead in training all members of the Fieldwork team and continue to identify new ways to grow and improve the fieldwork team.
3) Development of Study Approaches
• Develop new and unique efficiencies to the fieldwork process.
• Spearhead beta testing of new products.
• Develop study execution playbooks for junior fieldwork staff.
4) Panel Management
• Responsible for maintaining a panel of 1000+ respondents in the greater NYC area.
• Develop growth strategies to add more respondents to the panel.
• Apply top-tier customer relations practices to maintaining strong relationships with our existing panel members and continually improving our communications and processes for respondents.
5) General Support
• Involvement in IT support; liaising with offsite IT support company
