In a newly created role, the Panel Manager will manage and develop internal qualitative research panels. We are looking for someone able to effectively manage panel recruitment and development. Panel Manager responsibilities will center on maintaining current and developing new panels in the execution of client engagements, including the following:

Oversee panel recruitment duties, including management of recruitment, onboarding of panel members, developing panel member reward schemes, creating effective panel processes, and working closely with client and operations teams
Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for panel activity and provide advice on the most appropriate research tools or methods to meet their objectives
Extract, analyse and report on panel demographics
Develop client panels that will enable recruitment of panel members as well as creating panel growth strategies

In addition, this role will focus on identifying and developing new products for the firm to offer clients. A core function of the role will require being proactive and up to speed on industry trends, fielding vendor pitches, and managing the onboarding and implementation process of new panels.

Bachelor’s degree
Operational market research experience with at least 2-3 years of experience of successfully managing research panels or communities preferred
Working knowledge of using panel management software with high written, verbal, time management and IT skills
Knowledge of setting up and managing research panels
Effective relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent skills in multi-tasking and managing priorities
