Job Overview

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide a significant contribution to their growth and success. This role contributes to sales and revenue goals by providing excellent client service to customers and managing the successful delivery of projects. This position involves working closely with sales to deepen customer relationships, understand client needs, provide consultative support throughout the project lifecycle, manage key project metrics, and think critically to develop solutions that meet project requirements on time, within budget, and with high quality.

  • Take ownership, lead, and oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring customer and business needs are met or exceeded (margin management, risk management, delivery process, project dependencies and milestones, communication).
  • Lead internal and external kick-off meetings to ensure consistent understanding across all stakeholders of project scope and expectations.
  • Be a consultative partner by leveraging your knowledge of healthcare market research data collection, customer needs, and company capabilities.
  • Partner with sales to support current and new business growth.
  • Provide thoughtful and impactful project updates and take ownership of and proactively address challenges while providing a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Support the growth of colleagues by providing mentorship, training, and leading by example.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of recent experience in healthcare market research with a focus on quantitative projects gained in a market research agency or market research services company.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations.
  • Experience working on global projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to bring an entrepreneurial mindset to project delivery and think creatively to solve problems.
  • Strong follow-through, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data as it relates to project delivery and performance.
  • Capable of building positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization.
  • A passion for curiosity and learning and a drive to succeed.
  • Able to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
