Per Andrea Domanick’s article in the Las Vegas Sun, Las Vegas made its debut on the list this year among cities with the highest percentage of single female AshleyMadison members having affairs with married men (doesn’t logic dictate that it would be near the top every year?). The controversial dating site’s marketing research of its clientele found that more than one-fourth of Las Vegas women using AshleyMadison.com to seek out affairs with attached men are single.
As Domanick notes, site founder Noel Biderman says those stats aren’t surprising. “The number of single women seeking married men in Las Vegas goes to show the phrase ‘What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas’ also extends to permanent residents seeking no-strings-attached relationships,” he said in a statement.
