Mark Waller has been named executive vice president, consumer strategy and marketing at Diageo. Waller, currently president of Diageo’s central inmarket regional office in Chicago, will lead the process that will bring together Diageo’s business and consumer strategy, marketing and advertising, and external affairs functions. Ted Hissey, senior vice president, market support, will report to Waller and will continue to provide support to Diageo’s six regional inmarket companies.
