Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) is a full-service market research firm located in Central New York. RMS tailors every project to the needs of its clients. Formed in 2002, RMS offers a full array of customized research services to help organizations successfully operate and grow in today’s competitive environment. It has expertise in multiple modalities associated with quantitative and qualitative research. RMS also offers an independent means to conduct telephone, online and mail surveying, in-depth interviews, intercept interviews, mystery shopping and participant recruitment as well as focus group hosting through QualiSight, its onsite call center and focus group facility.

All the company’s senior research analysts hold graduate degrees. Additionally, RMS utilizes up to twenty-five part-time employees who are experienced telephone interviewers at its onsite call center, QualiSight. All the telephone interviewers have direct customer service experience and are thoroughly trained on each consulting project in advance of conducting any telesurveying fieldwork. RMS embodies core principles of high moral and ethical standards. RMS has a Code of Conduct for employees and is the foundation for policies, procedures, and guidelines. Health care

Among its primary health care related services, RMS conducts Community Health Needs Assessments, medical staff development plans, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) consulting, patient-centered medical home (PCMH) recognition, NYS PCMH, DSRIP initiative consulting and medical industry stakeholder panel development and management, as well as providing consultative insight with achieving various health care recognitions across the health care continuum of services. RMS has a proven track record for excellence since its inception in 2002.

RMS is an approved Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) CAHPS® survey vendor. It currently is a CMS authorized vendor for these CAHPS surveys: H CAHPS, HH CAHPS, ICH CAHPS, Hospice CAHPS, OAS CAHPS. RMS also conducts CG, ECHO, ED CAHPS and Patient Satisfaction surveys.
