American Consumer Opinion® 

American Consumer Opinion® is a worldwide online panel that reaches millions of consumers in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Consumers can sign up to become members in one of 11 languages. Samples are available in over 200 countries and territories. American Consumer Opinion was established in 1986 as a mail panel before moving online in 1995. 

Home use tests and mail surveys

Symmetric has a dedicated mail-out department that is ready to assist with your home use test and mail survey projects. We have been conducting in-home use test studies for more than 30 years. Our well-trained team is dedicated, meticulous and ready to help you with your product testing!

The product processing and shipping area totals approximately 1,500 square feet and space in adjoining buildings is available for product storage as well. All space is maintained at a constant temperature of 72-74 degrees year-round. There is a loading dock in the mail processing area for receiving and shipping test products.

All employees who touch or handle test products, or who work in the same room, are required to always wear surgical gloves. The product-processing and mail-processing facilities are cleaned daily.

CATI services

B2B audiences are getting harder to find online, and when you do find them, the data quality concerns creep up more often than not. CATI is a great alternative to finding and validating these audiences. Symmetric has the capability to program and conduct CATI surveys or connect to your pre-existing online survey to have the data in one location.

The human element

Each survey we program contains open-ended questions that ask all respondents to go into detail about the survey they just completed. Those who do not answer properly are removed from the survey completes. Validating with technology is only one of the steps we do; validating that a respondent has read your survey and understood it is an added step Symmetric offers.
