Customer experience automation company Ushur has raised $50 million in its Series C funding round led by Third Point Ventures to expand its experience automation portfolio and to develop AI innovations. 

Web3 marketing platform Sesame Labs has raised $4.5 million in its seed funding round led by Patron and Wing Venture Capital to bring its products to market. 

Momentive has released its fourth-quarter and full-year financial results. It reported a total revenue of $122.4 million, a sales-assisted revenue of $49.3 million and a GAAP net loss of $3.6 million for its fourth quarter. It totaled a revenue of $480.9 million, a sales-assisted revenue of $181.3 million and a GAAP net loss of $89.9 million for its full year.

Ipsos has released its annual results reporting a revenue of €2,405.3 million with a total growth of 12% and a 5.6% organic growth.
