The primary focus of the division's services will be to real estate development, retail and asset management industries. Rohan S. Andrew will head the division.

The company will operate under the name of Polly Graham and Ascts. The officers are Cindy Eanes, operations; Jim Jager, administration; and Arnold Mooney, development. Polly Graham founded the company in 1964 and has been retained as a consultant. Her son Charles Graham has also been retained as a consultant.
