Six spacious focus group suites, tiered client viewing rooms, a covered outdoor research deck and secure HD video streaming support focus groups, in-depth interviews and central location tests.

On the lower level, L&E's Cincinnati Sensory Center adds a purpose-built environment for sensory and product research, designed for both qualitative and quantitative studies. It includes a retail simulation space with modular shelving and open aisles for shopper and shelf-placement research, personal-care stations with built-in sinks and privacy mirrors, a sensory kitchen for taste and formulation testing and water-safe areas with a pet wash station for pet care and cleaning-product studies.
