Company Description
Medical Mile Research
Medical Mile Research is a health care-only primary research recruitment and fieldwork partner supporting market research agencies, insights teams, consulting firms and life sciences organizations across the United States. Founded in 2019, Medical Mile combines an established network of health care professionals with targeted custom recruitment to reach audiences that can be difficult to source through traditional research panels.
Specialized Health care Audiences
Our network extends beyond physicians, providing access to surgeons across specialties, nurses, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, clinical leaders, practice owners, hospital executives and health care operational and purchasing decision-makers.
We understand that health care research often requires more than matching respondents by job title. Specialty, practice setting organization type, clinical experience, purchasing influence and decision-making authority can be equally important. Our team works closely with research partners to translate these requirements into effective recruitment and screening strategies.
Hospital C-Suite Research
A particular area of specialization is hospital and health-system leadership. Through Quorum, our dedicated Hospital C-Suite Research Network, Medical Mile supports research requiring senior executives, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, CMIOs and other chief officers.
Quorum is designed to support both targeted qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys requiring broader samples of hospital and health-system executives. This specialized focus complements our wider health care network, which includes medical directors, department leaders, administrators and other health care decision-makers.
Quantitative and Qualitative Recruitment
Medical Mile supports quantitative surveys ranging from highly specialized physician audiences to larger, multi-specialty and health care decision-maker studies. For qualitative research, we recruit and coordinate one-on-one interviews and other targeted engagements with physicians, health care executives, clinical professionals and specialized decision-makers. Services include participant qualification, scheduling, confirmation and ongoing recruitment support.
We also provide specialized health care participant recruitment for UX and usability research, including medical devices, digital health products, health care technology and clinical workflow studies. Our role focuses on identifying, qualifying and coordinating the appropriate health care users for client-led research.
End-to-End Research Execution
Beyond recruitment, Medical Mile offers flexible research execution services, including questionnaire and screener review, survey programming and testing, hosting, participant recruitment, field management, quality control and data delivery.
Research partners can engage us for recruitment alone or leverage additional execution support depending on their internal capabilities and project requirements.
Quality and Hands-On Fieldwork Management
Our approach emphasizes respondent qualification and data quality throughout the research process. Depending on study requirements, this includes professional credential verification, health care-specific screening, role and organization confirmation, respondent identity checks and active field monitoring.
We work closely with research teams to identify feasibility challenges early, manage complex quotas, troubleshoot incidence issues and maintain transparent communication throughout fieldwork.
A Partner to the Market Research Industry
Medical Mile understands the operational demands facing research agencies and insights teams, from challenging screeners and specialized audiences to tight fieldwork timelines and evolving client requirements.
Whether a project requires a small group of highly qualified interview participants, a national quantitative sample or difficult-to-reach hospital executives, our focus remains consistent: precise health care recruitment, responsive project support and dependable research execution.
