The Job:
• Facilitate the the development of Bosch's marketing strategies and product development efforts by providing insightful and actionable market research.
• Guide Marketing and Brand Managers through the market research process to ensure that their questions and needs are addressed.
• Independently design, develop, and execute primary research projects Establish methodologies, study specifications, research supplier involvement, procedures, and timelines for effectively meeting research objectives.
• Manipulate, analyze and report on qualitative and quantitative data related to topics of relevance to the company.
• Monitor secondary research sources for trends, developments and competitor news.
• Manage simultaneous research projects.
• Manage research suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Requirements:
This position will require market research leadership, independent project management, strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment, knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, secondary analysis skills, and the ability to integrate findings across studies.
