Trend-tracking and prediction technology firm RIWI has released its 2023 financial results reporting revenue of $4.18 million. RIWI also acquired the majority of survey and data collection platform CoolTool’s assets.  

Qualitative research company Glaut has closed its $1.4 million pre-seed round of funding.  

Comscore has released its first-quarter financial results reporting revenue of $86.8 million, down from $91.6 million in Q1 2023. It also reported a net loss of $1.1 million and an adjusted EBITDA of $8.1 million. 

AI survey company Fairgen has raised $8 million in seed funding.  

Dynata has begun a prepackaged Chapter 11 filing in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The transaction, supported by the required percentage of Dynata's lenders, will result in a voluntary write-down of almost 40% of its total debt from approximately $1.3 billion to $780 million in exchange for the first and second lien holders to own 100% of the equity in the company. The process is limited to Dynata's U.S. entities and all foreign businesses remain unaffected. Dynata aims to have the repackaged plan confirmed by early July.
