Equifax Inc. has purchased from Next plc the remaining equity in their credit referencing and marketing services joint venture, Wescot Decision Systems. The joint venture established in January 1990 brought together the credit referencing marketing services and scoring consultancy companies previously part of the Next Group under joint ownership with Equifax.
