Optima Research Group is an independent marketing research firm that offers a comprehensive range of qualitative and quantitative data collection services. Our national or local services for qualitative research include traditional or online focus groups, bulletin boards, IDI’s, TDI’s, ethnographies, mock jury research, product testing and taste testing. Our quantitative services include internet surveys (programming, panel procurement/management and survey hosting) and telephone surveys – consumer and B2B and medical (plus multimodal). We are especially adept at working with client samples.
