RONIN International conduct over 400 international and multicountry market research assignments (projects) per year. In 2021 we conducted research in over 80 markets and in more than 40 languages. We provide CATI, recruitment and online services across markets throughout North America, Europe, Central and South America, MEA and Asia.
Our company only works on market research projects.
Around 80% of projects are with a B2B, opinion former or health care professional audience and 20% with consumers. Approximately 75% are quantitative studies and 25% qualitative, with a mix of roughly one third of projects CATI, one-third online and one-third from digital recruitment to online or CATI.
With 60 full time staff, we also operate a 110-seat CATI center with locations in the U.K. and Germany. In-house survey set up, programming, translation, sampling, data delivery, moderation, project management, desk research, digital engagement and incentive administration departments.
In 2021 RONIN International established sales and project management offices in the United States (RONIN Research Inc.) and Germany (RONIN Research GmbH).
We have internal digital recruitment and moderation teams and our typical participants include senior business leaders, financial specialists, medics, academics, journalists, politicians, opinion formers, IT decision makers, advertisers, SME’s, developers, HR experts, sustainability leaders and many other experts and businesses.
Our operating model and value proposition is to deliver end-to-end data collection across the broadest range of methodologies, geographies and audiences from a single one-stop-shop, ensuring consistency of data and through a single point of contact project manager. We have an internal compliance director who can provide guidance on regulations for multi-market research and in accordance with the GDPR, TCPA and other international and local codes of conduct.
RONIN is a council member of the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) and has world class quality control and validation procedures to ensure the right participants are recruited for all studies.
