Testimonials

“My relationship with V&L Research goes back nearly 20 years when I was the VP of the African American Markets Group at Ketchum Public Relations in Atlanta. I entrusted them to work with me on a very important project with The Coca-Cola Company that surveyed the perspective of African American citizens and community leaders in Harlem, a very important market for them. It was the Harlem Community Audit. Their professionalism in facilitation, reporting and insights was very valuable to my overall recommendations of public relations programs they could and should implement...”

Betsy Hughes, President, BLH Public Relations Project/Client: Coca-Cola

“We consider them important partners. We work with both Delphyne and Dydra when a team of moderators are needed and/or when we need African American expertise. Our work has included topics of great sensitivity as well as mainstream products and services. V& L Research handles both with ease. They are quick to build rapport with our clients and those being interviewed.”

Susan Spalding – The Pert Group (Formerly)
Project/Client: Kraft Foods

“As a technical director at a private public health research and evaluation firm that contracts with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other state and federal agencies, it is critical that I provide my clients with the highest quality services. When it comes to focus group recruitment and moderation, particularly with the African American audiences, that desired level of service is delivered by V&L.”

Michele Revels, PhD, IFC Macro (Formerly)
Project/Client: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

“It was a distinct pleasure working with V&L Research and Consulting Inc. on the Engagement of Minority Communities in Public Awareness project for the US Department of Homeland Security. I would strongly recommend the firm. While executing research strategies, they engaged the respondents and swiftly regrouped under extreme circumstances during the sessions. I have done numerous studies, and I feel that I am proficient at assessing moderators. I admire the firm’s capability to conduct focus groups. Their moderating was instrumental in helping in getting the insights and answers we needed.”
